New song added for synnack supporters

The supporter page has been updated to include another audio track that is only available for free to registered synnack supporters. The new track is a remix/mashup by synnack of "Pieces" and "Skip Trace" by Cenotype. This remix will appear on a future remix CD by Cenotype but they've agreed to allow us to give it away early only to synnack supporters. Login to synnack.com and download the track for free!

Two synnack tracks from v2 appear on the newly released free mp3 compilation "Forced Nature Volume One". Forced Nature Volume One features 10 tracks by FON artists LAN Formatique, synnack, Freeze Etch, Concrete Cookie and the Maggot Farmer, Perfection Plastic (unreleased!), and The [law-rah] Collective (exclusive!). The compilation was compiled in October 2008 by Clint Sand from synnack and Peter Lee of Force of Nature and is available as a FREE DOWNLOAD on www.forceofnature.cc.

A new synnack track was released this week on a free mp3 compilation, "You Are Here: a Compilation of Massachusetts Electronics (vol.2)". The compilation is the second in a series highlighting Massachusetts-based electronic artists and was compiled by David Dodson (alias Deftly-D of Voidstar Productions) for Connexion Bizarre in September 2008. Continuing the eclectic mix from Volume 1, Volume 2 contains a unique mix of pop, digicore, power electronics, IDM, ambient, down tempo and harder to define music. And of course, they're both FREE! Download Vol 2 now at http://www.connexionbizarre.net/releases. The synnack track is titled "0fa6862a49aa75f2cac6342697dcd967 (MD5)" and was written and produced by Clint of synnack while on a train between MA and NY in September 2008 in memorial of Don James Audibert, Sr. who died instantly on September 26th 2008 after being struck, head-on, while riding his motorcycle.

synnack is pleased to announced that we will be performing at Defcon 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, August 8th 2008. This year's Defcon conference will be held at the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and the synnack set will take place at the annual Industrial night at the Black and White Ball. DEFCON is the world's largest annual hacker convention, held every year in Las Vegas, Nevada. The first DEFCON took place in June 1993. synnack launches exclusive site content for supporters

synnack is pleased to officially launch the synnack supporter content on synnack.com. What's this all about? Welp. Fans of synnack who have purchased synnack releases or merchandise are eligible to register at synnack.com/register and gain access to additional songs (i.e. "B-Sides"), unreleased tracks, videos, discounts on additional merchandise, and more. In order to register, you need to obtain a "regcode". Regcodes can be obtained by:

Buy a cd online, in a store, or at a show (A card with a unique code is inside the CD sleeve)
Buy synnack merchandise from synnack.com (you need a new tshirt anyway)(a regcode will be emailed to you)
Buy a synnack release online (iTunes makes you cool)(forward your confirmation email to register@synnack.com)

Once you register at synnack.com/register and activate your account, make sure you are logged in next time you visit synnack.com and additional content will appear for you. Current posted content, exclusive to registered supporters, includes:

Kinetik Videos on YouTube

4 new live videos from the set last week at Festival Kinetik have been posted to YouTube. Though these are pretty much bootleg quality, I am very excited to debut the new backing video and VJ work done by Jennifer McClain for 0xf8 Studios. The backing video for Kinetik includes all original footage shot by 0xf8. Full-length, professional quality music videos using this footage will be complete soon. This is just a sneak peak. Much more to come. The visuals for "Underneath Outside" are particularly amazing.
